Our community center is open for rental on Saturdays and Sundays, offering two available time slots: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The rental package includes access to the party room, lanai, lawn, parking lot, and dumpster. Additionally, the community center provides 16 6-foot rectangular hard plastic tables and 72 hard plastic chairs for use during your event.

Reservations operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. To secure your event, we require your completed rental application along with the total fee. Both the rental and cleaning fees are non-refundable and can be paid by check only. The detailed rental rates are provided below:

20 - In addition to the aforementioned fees, a $250 security deposit is required during your walk-thru appointment, usually scheduled on the Friday morning preceding the Saturday or Sunday rental. The security deposit must be provided in the form of a Cashier's Check, payable to Ocean Pointe, with the resident's name written on the bottom. This deposit is refundable and will be returned after verification by Ocean Pointe staff, ensuring no damages to the facility and receiving no negative reports from security.

The entire community center, encompassing the facility, lawn area, and parking lot, strictly prohibits smoking and alcohol consumption. Renters risk forfeiting the entire security deposit if any member of their party is found smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol.
