 “Aloha Everyone, my name is Kilohana Lele!!  I’m a local girl from Mililani, HI who retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2016.  I decided to get certified as a Group Fitness Instructor to stay healthy and active.  Dancing is my passion and Zumba® allows me to share that passion with all of you.  My mission is to provide the best 1-hour of your 24-hour day and two rules that must be followed at all times are:  1) smile & 2) have fun!!  Additionally, I will be offering STRONG Nation® and CIRCL Mobility formats to add a little variety to our schedule. Zumba® is perfect for everybody and EVERY BODY!  Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Super effective and super fun.  Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness:  cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. 

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM on Wednesdays with Kilohana @ Ocean Pointe Community Center  

STRONG Nation® stop counting the reps.  Start training to the beat.  STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.  Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.  In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.  Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.  STRONG Nation® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.  STRONG Nation® also has options to suit your specific goals.  

The original STRONG Nation® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body.  

It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals and then making new ones.  STRONG Nation® also has a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes.  This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

CIRCL Mobility® will unlock your body’s potential through flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.  Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion and renew your core capabilities so you can move better longer.  With sound healing frequencies incorporated into the music, you’ll progress through a series of movements promoting muscle and joint health in a class designed to influence your psyche and bring a wellness experience, full circle.

CIRCL Mobility format will be incorporated into Zumba & STRONG Nation cooldowns
