Ewa Beach – State Representative Rida Cabanilla is hosting an Ewa Beach Community Meeting at Keone'ula Elementary School December 10 to listen to resident's issues, concerns and feedback.
Residents are invited to participate and have their voices heard at this open forum listening session.

November Covenants Inspection Focus Item

The Ocean Pointe Covenants Inspection Focus Item for November is unpainted electrical and PV boxes, unpainted PV conduit, and exterior modifications which require paint to match the existing color scheme.

Mariners Place

Mariners Place Townhomes’ principal data route infrastructure has been upgraded with 100% digital state-of-the-art technology. The new bulk fiber-optic network features symmetrical internet bandwidth with download and upload speeds up to 300 Mbps. This upgrade also includes digital television for ultra-high definition (UHD) 4K picture quality paired with rich, detailed sound.

What this means is that residents no longer have to pay excessive monthly fees for television and internet services. Mariners Place Townhomes’ lightning-quick internet, HBO original series, sports and comedy specials, and hit movies are all part of the bulk service agreement included with our maintenance fees. Mariners Place Townhomes’ residents are pleased with this amenity.
